Privacy Policy

The short version: Casino Floor Live! has no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs. There are no accounts and we don't collect your email, contacts, location, or photos. The app uses Apple's Game Center to show your player name to friends you play with, and it sends gameplay messages between players in a room so you can play together. That's it.

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Casino Floor Live! (the "App") handles information. The App is developed and operated by Daniel Chetian ("we," "us," or "our"), an individual developer. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information the App uses

We designed the App to collect as little as possible. Here is everything it touches:

Game Center identity (from Apple)

Online and social features use Apple's Game Center. When you sign in, Apple provides the App with your Game Center display name and a player identifier. Your display name is shown to the other players in your room so people can see who they're playing with. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Game Center is optional — if you don't sign in, you can still play the App solo, but online invites and multiplayer features will be unavailable.

Multiplayer gameplay data

When you play online, the App sends gameplay messages — such as your chosen player name and color, your seat and table, bets, and game actions — to the other players in your room. This traffic passes through a relay server we operate so that everyone in the room stays in sync. The relay simply forwards messages between the players who are connected at that moment; it does not maintain user accounts, profiles, or a database of players, and it is not designed to store your gameplay after the session ends.

Purchases

The App offers a single optional in-app purchase (VIP). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive or store your name, credit-card number, or other payment details — Apple handles all of that. The App only receives a confirmation from Apple that the purchase is valid so it can unlock your VIP perks.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress, settings, and a cached record of whether you own VIP are stored locally on your device (using standard iOS storage). This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes it.

On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Multiplayer messages are relayed in real time and are not intended to be retained after your session; the relay may keep transient, non-identifying operational logs for a short period to keep the service running and secure. Purchase records are held by Apple under Apple's policies.

Multiplayer connections to our relay server use encrypted transport (TLS/WSS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but because the App collects so little and stores your progress locally, there is very little personal information at risk. Please keep your device and iOS up to date.

7. Children's privacy

Casino Floor Live! depicts simulated casino gambling with virtual currency and is intended for adults (rated 17+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.

8. Your rights

Because we do not maintain accounts or a user database, most of your data lives on your device and is under your control — you can clear it at any time by deleting the App. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or California privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. To make a request or ask a question, contact us using the details below and we'll do our best to help.

The App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., any limited information involved may be processed in the U.S. By using the App, you consent to that processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected here; your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
