Frequently asked questions
Is this real gambling?
No. Casino Floor Live! is a game. All chips are virtual, they have no real-world value, and there is no way to wager or win real money. It's simulated casino fun with friends.
How many people can play together?
A room holds up to 10 players. Invite friends through Game Center and share one pot on the same floor.
Do I need to create an account?
No accounts and no passwords. Online play uses Apple's Game Center for your player name and invites. You can also play solo without signing in.
What does VIP include?
VIP is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the VIP badge, the members-only mezzanine, free high-limit salon access, and a $10,000 starting bankroll. All perks are cosmetic or virtual — VIP never buys real-world value.
How do I restore my VIP purchase?
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, open the store screen in the App and choose "Restore Purchases." VIP is tied to your Apple ID, so it will come back at no extra charge. If it doesn't, email us.
I want a refund.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're stuck, email us and we'll try to help.
My friends and I can't connect.
Make sure everyone is signed in to Game Center, connected to the internet, and running the latest version of the App. If it still won't connect, email us with your device and iOS details.
How do I delete my data?
Your progress is stored on your device. Deleting the App removes it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the App does and doesn't collect.
