Terms of Use

The short version: Casino Floor Live! is a game for fun. The chips are pretend, you can't win or withdraw real money, and you must be 17 or older to play. Be cool to other players.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Daniel Chetian ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Casino Floor Live! mobile game (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. No real-money gambling

Casino Floor Live! is an entertainment product that simulates casino games using virtual currency. It is important that you understand:

The chips, coins, and balances in the App are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and are not your property.
You cannot wager real money, win real money, or cash out, redeem, or exchange virtual chips for money or anything of value.
Playing the App is not gambling and does not involve any opportunity to win real prizes.
Practice or success in this social-casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Eligibility (17+)

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement and that using a simulated-gambling game is legal where you live.

4. In-app purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("VIP") that unlocks cosmetic and virtual perks, including additional virtual currency and access to certain in-game areas. All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. VIP perks have no cash value. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store.

5. Acceptable use

When using multiplayer features and any name, color, or emotes visible to other players, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or use hateful, obscene, or offensive names or content.
Cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the App or its network traffic, or attempt to disrupt or overload our servers.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent the law permits.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may limit or terminate access to online features for conduct that violates these Terms.

6. Virtual items

Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property. We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at any time, and we have no liability for doing so. Virtual items cannot be transferred outside the App for value.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, artwork, audio, and the "Casino Floor Live!" name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited license above.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that multiplayer servers will always be online.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Because virtual items have no monetary value, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you actually paid us (through Apple) for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.

10. Apple's role

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any App maintenance, support, warranty claims, product-liability claims, or intellectual-property claims are our responsibility (or the applicable law's), not Apple's, to the extent stated in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features if you violate these Terms. You may end the agreement at any time by deleting the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
